Arrival and Departure Procedures
Directions
From the A1 North or South, follow the signs for the A696 sign-posted "Jedburgh and the Airport." Follow the A696 dual carriageway up to the second exit to Throckley and Woolsington. At the top of the slip road turn right over the dual carriageway and straight across you will see Airparks Newcastle on the right. From the A696 southbound, proceed as far as Newcastle Airport and continue onto the dual carriageway ahead of you. Take the first exit off to the left marked Throckley and Woolsington. At the top of the slip road turn left and you will find Airparks Newcastle on the right. For both sets of directions you will find signs on the A696 indicating airport covered parking.
Arrival
Report to the car park reception and check your vehicle in, leaving you keys with the member of staff. Your car will be parked for you whilst you are being transferred in a courtesy bus to Newcastle airport. We recommend that you allow approximately 35 to 45 minutes before your airport check-in time to report to the car park reception and transfer to the airport.
Departure
On your return to Newcastle airport please use the courtesy telephone to call the car park to arrange a transfer back to the compound. The phone is located within the terminal building on the central pillar opposite domestic arrivals.
